	Jeannie Front Office Coordinator Jeannie is the person who schedules appointments and works to gather your previous medical records for the initial visit with Dr. Thie. She is the person who most often will answer the phone initially. We prefer to have a real person to answer your calls and we are sure you would prefer that as well. 	Peggy Billing Manager Peggy is the person who handles insurance verification and submits claims to insurance companies. If you have no insurance coverage for the services you need for infertility, she is the person that will discuss the options with you. She can also be reached by email. (billing@thiemd.com)
	Liz Medical Assistant Liz is responsible for assisting Dr.Thie during your exams. She is knowledgeable in many areas and will often answer the phone to help schedule appointments and answer questions. She assists Dr. Thie on the weekends as well. She can be reached by e-mail. 	Shanna Clinical Coordinator Shanna is a registered nurse. She coordinates all medical treatment for patients with Dr. Thie. She is available to answer your questions by phone or by e-mail. She schedules all surgery. Shanna received a degree in health education before she went to nursing school. She enjoys getting to know our patients and being of service. (nurse@thiemd.com)
