PeggyBilling Manager Peggy handles insurance verification and submits claims to insurance companies. If you have no insurance coverage for the services you need for infertility, she is the person that will discuss the options with you. She can also be reached by email. (billing@thiemd.com) |

RebbecaMedical Assistant Rebecca assists Dr.Thie during your exams. She is knowledgeable in many areas and will often answer the phone to help schedule appointments and answer questions.

ShannaClinical Coordinator Shanna is a registered nurse. She coordinates all medical treatment for the patients with Dr. Thie and is available to answer your questions by phone or by e-mail. She also is responsible for scheduling surgery. Shanna received a degree in health education at the University of Cincinnati before she went to nursing school at Christ Hospital. KellieRegistered Nurse Kellie is also a registered nurse. Before joining the team she worked extensively as a labor and delivery nurse and has a broad background in women’s health. She is a native of Maine where she obtained her RN degree in 1989 from Westbrook College in Portland, ME. Kellie will be happy to assist you in the office or answer questions by phone or email.
